Responsibilities

• Full‑cycle recruitment of Class 1/CDL‑A drivers
• Hiring both company drivers and owner‑operators
• Creative sourcing across digital and in‑person channels
• Screening for experience, compliance, and cultural fit
• Supporting hiring events and terminal engagement
• Driving recruitment performance through data and insights
