To support CohnReznick’s expansion in the Philippines, we are searching for a dynamic Recruiting Professional in our Global Talent Acquisition team. This hybrid role focuses on full‑cycle recruiting, campus engagement, and building talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities include managing campus and experienced hires, developing proactive campus recruiting strategies in partnership with U.S. leaders, building relationships with universities and student groups, attending career fairs, and collaborating cross‑functionally with local HR and business leaders to align hiring needs and onboarding readiness.
