This role provides clerical and administrative support to talent acquisition team (recruiter, sourcer) to coordinate the recruitment process and hiring the new employee.
This position processes applicants through the workflow, provides scheduling support to the hiring team, updates job requisition files, set up the job offer, makes the reference checks, and screenings.
Maintains daily, weekly, and monthly departmental reports
Prepares basic summary reports and presentations
Coordinates (in-person and virtual): interview scheduling, pre-employment assessments, and job requisition management.
