Job Description:

Responsible for providing administrative support throughout the recruiting process.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Discuss the pre-employment requirements to the new hires;
  • Collection of pre-employment requirements/documents;
  • Initiates and Reviews background check reports, researching and documenting discrepancies;
  • Initiates and monitors on-boarding tasks/documents for new hires;
  • Ensures new hire records are complete and accurate;
  • Initiates and monitors pre-employment medical examination to ensure that all new hires are complete and fit to work;
  • Acts as a liaison between recruiters, paperwork collectors and payroll processors;
  • Communicates with clients, applicants/candidates, and external recruitment vendors;
