Caregivers in this position play an important role in building and maintaining the candidate pipeline, recruiting, sourcing and hiring talent to fill roles that complete Cleveland Clinic's mission to be the best place to receive care and the best place to work in healthcare. This caregiver is responsible for recruiting in Cleveland Clinic's Ohio market, including Main Campus and regional hospitals, along with family health, ambulatory and surgical centers.

The Recruiter manages the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, while ensuring adherence to quality metrics and organizational goals.
