Key Responsibilities

" Manage full life cycle recruiting including intake with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, and candidate management across the Americas region

" Provide recruiting support for additional global regions as needed

" Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and key stakeholders

" Ensure background checks are completed in alignment with company standards

" Prepare and deliver recruiting metrics reports including time to fill, time to hire, and source of hire

" Manage recruiting related social media presence and employment branding initiatives

" Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes including paperwork completion

" Maintain accurate data entry for new hires within HRIS systems

" Support broader HR team on projects and initiatives
