The Role
You will partner closely with business stakeholders to manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of corporate functions. This is an in-house role embedded within a fast-paced financial services environment, where you will be expected to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-tech functions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing, LinkedIn, referrals, and market mapping
- Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates, providing structured recommendations to stakeholders
- Coordinate interviews and manage offer processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
