As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support Singapore-based clients by managing the full recruitment cycle and partnering closely with consultants to understand their hiring needs. What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with SG Consultants to understand clients' staffing needs
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels
• Conduct initial interviews (phone screen) and assess candidate suitability
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS
• Connect with candidates, guide them through each stage of the hiring process, and create a seamless and engaging recruitment experience
