As a Talent Acquisition Expert at TikTok, you will connect deeply with the business to learn how TikTok and its affiliates grow into one of the most popular applications in the world, be the functional sourcing lead for our team, and finding the best talent for TikTok and its affiliates. You will also collaborate with regional and global human resources professions to implement various projects to reach the recruiting goals.
