For an international organisation based in the UK with operations across Europe, we are supporting the recruitment of a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes across multiple business functions.
This role works in close partnership with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deliver a high-quality, proactive, and inclusive recruitment service, supporting business growth and the wider people agenda. The position also contributes to the development of early careers initiatives, including apprenticeships and graduate recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and role definition through to sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
