Responsibilities
Responsible for talent acquisition and company recruitment needs.
Collaborate with the stakeholders and hiring managers in planning and executing recruitment and strategies to deliver the needed demands within the target delivery date.
Align talent acquisition strategies with the company's strategic goals and provide support on special projects
Submit data-driven reports, identify action items, opportunity areas, and gaps, and provide recommended action plans.
Assist in talent acquisition systems & processes and identify sourcing strategies that would work for the open positions
Qualifications
With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English
