The Talent Acquisition & Office Coordinator role is a key position within our People & Culture team, combining two complementary areas of responsibility: IT recruiting and Argentina office coordination.
On the recruiting side, this person will own the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to offer stage.
This includes headhunting on LinkedIn, building and nurturing candidate pipelines, managing relationships with external recruiting partners, and fully coordinating the interview process end to end.
