Job Responsibilities
Screening & Selection
- Review and evaluate applications and resumes to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Conduct initial interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate client interviews as needed.
Talent Sourcing & Acquisition
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct/passive sourcing techniques.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Account / Client Management
