About the Role
This role is accountable for end‑to‑end Talent Acquisition delivery across North America for the commercial sales and marketing organization. As a member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, the role acts as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, translating commercial priorities into effective, scalable hiring strategies.
The role balances hands‑on regional ownership with future evolution of the process. Responsibilities include managing RPO and vendor partnerships as One Team, execution of robust TA process excellence and strong change management deployment. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder partnership, data‑led decision‑making, and the ability to operate effectively within a complex, matrixed global organisation.
