This Long-term Contract position focuses on creating a smooth and compliant onboarding experience for new employees by coordinating pre-employment activities and required documentation. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and at least 1 year of experience handling onboarding processes, background screening, and employment verification tasks.

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, ensuring all pre-employment steps are completed accurately and on schedule.
