Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
• Ensure job descriptions are accurate, updated, and in compliance with employment laws.
• Conduct reference checks and verify candidate credentials.
• Communicate regularly with candidates to keep them informed of the status of their application.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure new employees have the necessary tools and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
