About this rule:
Responsible for delivering the full-cycle talent acquisition process for non-officer jobs, implementing the agreed strategies and initiatives to ensure that the Bank attracts and recruits the best suitable talents for identified vacancies.
Responsibilities:
- Provides advice and support to the hiring managers of the assigned business units on matters relating to talent sourcing, hiring process and standards, and other activities to meet the BU’s manpower requirements.
- Reviews submitted Personnel Requisition Forms (PRFs) for non-officer hiring and evaluates correctness of manpower requests based on approved plantilla allocation. Coordinates with other HRG business units for further validation, as may be required.
