Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute an employer branding strategy to attract top-tier talent and build awareness of the company’s EVP through social media and recruitment collateral.
• Anticipate and forecast talent requirements in close alignment with business strategies and priorities.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies, including managing passive candidate engagement and leveraging employee referral programs.
• Utilize high-accuracy screening methods to select candidates who possess the technical competencies and cultural fit required by the Group.
• Manage, train, and oversee the performance of the Talent Acquisition team while maintaining the recruitment budget.
• Establish and monitor business-focused analytics, measuring quality of hire, cycle time to fill, and cost per hire.
• Ensure all recruitment practices maintain integrity and remain compliant with the latest labor legislation.
