About the Role

This is a strategic and hands‑on role responsible for delivering end‑to‑end talent acquisition while leading the design and execution of early careers programmes in Malaysia.

You will partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to meet immediate hiring needs across experienced roles while building a strong, future‑ready pipeline through internships and graduate programmes. This role bridges talent acquisition delivery with early talent strategy to ensure sustainable workforce growth aligned with business priorities and diversity ambitions.

Strategic Talent Partnering
