The Mission: You'll be the voice of a global shopping platform, helping our Taiwanese-speaking customers navigate their orders, resolve concerns, and experience luxury-level support. This isn't about clearing a queue; it's about representing a world-class brand with responsibility and empathy.

What we are looking for:

• Native-level Taiwanese (Hokkien) fluency is a must, alongside strong English (B2) for our internal multicultural collaboration.
