ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Observe and participate in the operation of assigned table games to ensure integrity is maintained, Oaklawn Jockey Club company policies and procedures are being followed, and superior customer service is provided to ensure excellent guest satisfaction. Perform all assigned duties as a multi-game dealer and knowledge of the Table Games cheque handling. Must ensure accuracy and completion of all signatory paperwork. Maintain frequent and effective contact with guests, greet guests appropriately treating each as an individual and in a professional manner, as well as any other duties assigned.
