TA Manager (Delivery and Operations)  to join our team in the Bangalore office. This individual will be responsible for managing the entire TA team while also contributing as a hands-on technical recruiter.  

Requirements

Team Leadership & Performance Management

- End-to-End Oversight: Lead, mentor, and monitor the TA team to ensure high productivity and accountability from sourcing to onboarding.

- Process Improvement: Audit internal recruitment processes to identify inefficiencies and implement best practices to improve hit ratios and reduce time-to-fill.

- Escalation Management: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving complex hiring challenges and internal process friction.

Technical Recruitment
