The ideal candidate must have strong experience in testing & commissioning activities for large-scale high-rise developments and the ability to manage project execution coordination compliance and handover activities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Testing & Commissioning activities for high-rise building projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors and MEP teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and review T & C plans, procedures, schedules and documentation.
• Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards and authority requirements.
