**Description**

SAIC is seeking a **Systems Engineering Policy Analyst** to support the office of Systems Engineering and Architecture (SE&A) within the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering (OUSW(R&E)). The Systems Engineering Policy Analyst will support SE&A by developing and coordinating engineering policy and guidance. The candidate will require to have experience in applying engineering practices/principles necessary in the development of DoW systems. Experience supporting technical efforts required to interface with external stakeholders and senior Government personnel. The candidate will be required to develop and maintain engineering policy and guidance work products that enable management decision making, strategy development, initiative definition, action tracking and monitoring, effective communications across a geographically distributed workforce, as well as meeting and working group planning and execution.
