**Description:**
You will be a Systems Engineer - Level 2 maintaining and managing performance metrics on the U-2 Program.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As a Systems Engineer - Level 2 who supports the U-2 Program, your responsibilities will include weekly NMCS, FMC, and maintaining the monthly Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) database and CDRL. You will develop reliability and maintainability improvements of hardware/software by timely and disciplined utilization of failure and maintenance data. You will generate and implement effective corrective actions to prevent failure recurrence, and simplify, or reduce maintenance tasks. You will be responsible to provide a monthly FRACAS CDRL report to the customer. Employee will input Failure Analysis Report data into the FRACAS database and conduct monthly trend analysis reports.
