+ Lead definition and management of system requirements (SOR, product performance) through customer interaction for Thermal Management Systems & Modules (Refrigeration)
+ Evaluate vehicle refrirgeration system architectures to select the best solutions to meet stakeholder and system requirements.
+ Initiate and conduct System - Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (SFMEA) with customer engineers
