Job Description
The systems Engineer will lead the optimization, software integration, and strategic use of enterprise systems including , ERP, operational management systems (EMS), and BI tools (Power BI, AI). This role ensures that systems support efficient operations, data driven decision making, and organizational scalability.

Responsibility:
Own and execute ERP optimization in partnership with functional leader
Develop and oversee Power BI dashboards and analytics
Support software integrations and between ERP, manufacturing process and data sources to enable KPI reporting
Support user adoption through training, standard work, and continuous improvement
