PURPOSE: The Systems Analyst II: ITSM role is designed to support and enhance IT Service Management processes and systems within the organization. The purpose of this role is to ensure the effective and efficient operation of ITSM platforms, translate business needs into technical solutions, and improve service delivery through continuous improvement and best practices.
FORMAL EDUCATION:
- Grade 12
- Industry related certification e.g, BMC Certified Associate (Compulsory)
- SIAM foundation (Desirable)
- ITIL Foundation Qualification (Compulsory)
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT Service Management (Compulsory)
- Experience in configuring and customizing ITSM platforms such as BMC Helix or ServiceNow (Compulsory)
