We are looking for a dedicated and experienced System Support Engineer to provide end-user IT support and ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a service-oriented approach to effectively support users and maintain IT assets and systems.
Qualification & Experience
- BS in Computer Science or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in IT support and system administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-call and on-site IT helpdesk support to end users.
- Deliver comprehensive support for Apple devices, including MacBooks, iMacs, iPads, and iPhones.
- Arrange and manage audio and video conferencing facilities for senior management, including the GCEO, CEO, and Heads of Departments.
