Key Responsibilities:

Perform Windows Server OS patching using tools such as Datto RMM / Auvik Network monitoring. Apply security patches and updates for third-party software installed on servers. Fix Vulnerabilities reported in internal and external audits along with documentation for future use,. Perform Windows Server installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and administration (2019/2022 or 2025). Manage and administer Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services. Ensure effective backup and restoration processes using tools like Datto backup, Acronis Cloud or similar. Provide administration and troubleshooting support for E-mail system Google Workspace, Exchange or Office 365 Support and maintain Managed Service Providers (MSPs) solutions to secure and control elev...
