Job Description
Install, configure, and commission assigned systems and equipment at customer sites, ensuring all standard procedures, manufacturer guidelines, and safety protocols are strictly followed
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on systems to maintain reliability, optimize performance, and prevent potential failures
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues on-site, applying technical expertise to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
Provide technical support and hands‑on training to customers and end‑users assisting to operate the systems efficiently
