About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support and enhance the modern workplace and infrastructure environment. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys a mix of BAU support and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patching and firmware updates across the environment using Intune and WSUS (servers)
• Provide endpoint management via Microsoft Intune, primarily across Windows devices (approx. 80%) with some Mac support (approx. 20%)
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including:
  • Teams
  • Exchange Online
  • SharePoint
• Deliver Level 2 / Level 3 support to the Service Desk team
