This role bridges technical teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth API implementation, maintenance, and performance. Candidate must be proficient in Gantt chart application and possesses a project management-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate API onboarding, updates, and integrations with internal teams and external partners
• Act as the main point of contact for API-related requests and documentation with counterpart teams/clients
• Monitor API performance, usage, and issue resolution
• Maintain API documentation, workflows, and process standards
• Track tickets, timelines, and deliverables related to API projects
• Support troubleshooting and escalation of API-related concerns
