• Administer Windows Server 2016/19/22, AD, DNS/DHCP, GPO, PKI
• Plan and execute AD domain restructuring (A-domain → B-domain): assess application impact, define cutover approach, migrate apps with minimum disruption.
• Ability to handle exchange and upgrade it to office 365
• Ability to perform patching and vulnerability, evaluate them analyse the impact
• Ability to deploy the releases on quick SLA.
• Operate Exchange 2016/19 (DAG, hybrid mail flow); migrate to Exchange Online via HCW, Azure AD Connect, Modern Auth.
• Administer VMware vSphere — vCenter, ESXi, HA/DRS, vMotion, snapshots, patching.
• Manage WSFC, SCCM patching, SCOM/SolarWinds monitoring, Veeam/Commvault backups, quarterly DR drills.
• Support Linux servers (RHEL/Ubuntu/Rocky) — RabbitMQ clustering, NGINX, monitoring agents.
• Operate Sangfor NGAF/IAM/HCI where deployed; automate with PowerShell.
