Responsibilities

• Assist with managing cloud infrastructure.
• Help with VM migrations and upgrades.
• Support backup solutions (Metallic/Veeam).
• Participate in POCs for new IT products.
• Assist with incident response.
• Help with monitoring solutions.

Must have skills

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Flexibility with work hours
• Basic Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with VMware and Azure is a plus.
• System Basics: Basic understanding of Active Directory, Linux, and Windows servers.
• Backup Awareness: Some knowledge of backup solutions like Metallic and Veeam.
