The **SWPF/ESD Issue Analyst** ( **Performance Assurance Analyst or Senior Performance Assurance Analyst)** administers the Corrective Action Program (CAP), Self-Assessment, and Management Field Observation (MFO) programs in the Saltwaste Processing Facility (SWPF) and the End Stream Delivery (ESD) facility.
