Provide training and support to the Service Center Team on the hiring process including Behavior Based interviewing, posting internal and external job openings, and moving applicants through WorkDay.
Handle employee questions regarding benefits, compensation, 401K, time off policies, etc.
Provide support to the Management Team on the Progressive Discipline process.
Assist Corporate HR with the implementation of programs and communication with employees at the service center level
Provide local level support for FMLA/Disability process adherence with the Corporate HR Leave of Absence management team
Maintain close contact with the Regional HRD Manager to ensure compliance with OD’s policies and procedures and state/federal employment laws and regulations
Encourage employee engagement and promote OD’s culture and family spirit while attending dock and safety meetings
