inamo sukoshi brings knockout sushi and fusion street food, inspired by flavours across Asia, to vibrant food hall‑style venues. Guests can enjoy some of our award‑winning dishes from the main restaurants – including our signature Dragon Rolls, Korean BBQ Ribs, and the new Chicken Katsu Curry – all served with the speed and flair of a QSR concept.
