- Manage Kitchen staff
- Control Kitchen cost and achieve P&L
- Manage safety and hygiene
- Manpower planning and scheduling
Qualification and Requirements: - Must have strong Japanese fine dining and omakase experience
- Proficiency in spoken Japanese to liaise with Japanese-speaking customers and kitchen staff
