**Overview**

Kimley-Horn is seeking a Survey Party Chief to join the Orange office! **This is not a remote position.**

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead and manage field survey teams for various projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data collection.
+ Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to plan and execute survey projects.
+ Conduct field surveys including boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS Land Title, construction staking, and control surveys.
+ Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or inquiries.
+ Ensure all survey activities comply with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
+ Mentor and train junior survey staff, fostering a collaborative and professional team environment.
