A well-established civil engineering and land development firm in Central NJ is seeking an experienced Survey Crew Chief to lead field operations on a variety of commercial, residential, and municipal projects. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage survey crews in the field for boundary, topographic, and construction layout surveys

  • Operate total stations, GPS, and data collectors with a high level of accuracy

  • Interpret plans, plats, and construction documents

  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications

  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and office staff
