Survey / Civil CAD Technician (Civil 3D) - Job Description
This full-time Survey / Civil CAD Technician role focuses on producing high-quality survey and civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D. The position primarily supports survey projects with additional involvement in civil and land development work. You will work closely with survey staff and engineers, independently manage multiple tasks, and contribute to accurate, well-organized deliverables for land development projects.
Responsibilities

+ Draft accurate boundary and topographic survey maps, existing conditions plans, exhibits, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and construction sketches using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

+ Process and incorporate field survey data into Civil 3D drawings, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

+ Create and manage COGO points, point groups, feature lines, and generate surfaces within Civil 3D.
