**Job Summary and Qualifications**

**What you will do in this role:**

+ **Plans for and scrubs assigned surgical procedures in accordance with AORN, AST, quality, regulatory, and company standards.**
+ **Participates in on-call rotation based on the need of the department.**
+ **Operates the sterilizer and other patient care equipment according to manufacturer’s instructions after proper training.**
+ **Promotes hospital processes and goals, and communicates issues, whether actual or potential, to appropriate person in the chain of command.**
