Working closely with the salespeople and all key stakeholders in the area, including spinal surgeons, scrub sisters, theatre stock controllers, theatre matrons, etc. Add value in developing and maintaining customer relationships, offer technical and clinical training and offer solutions in the OR to meet the customers’ and users’ needs. Outstanding after sales service and support is vital.
