The Practice is located in a clinic space adjacent to the hospital. SAMC-Ontario is a Level IV Trauma Center with 50 beds with 4 operating suites plus endoscopy, new laparoscopic equipment, advanced imaging capabilities and award-winning clinical services.

This position also provides outreach one day a week to Saint Alphonsus Baker City, a critical access hospital 76 miles to the northwest of Ontario. Baker City has two operating rooms with 24/7 CRNA support for anesthesia and a full-service endoscopy suite.
