Avalon is looking for a Supported Housing Operations Director to join a national organisation. This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing and developing the national supported housing portfolio. You will be responsible for building, guiding, and mentoring a new team to reduce reliance on external resources by developing and strengthening internal capacity.
