About the Role

CJP Outreach Services is looking for caring, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals to join a brand-new team supporting a young man taking his first steps into adult life.  D is a young man who will be moving out of his children’s residential placement into his new home in Bristol and will be supported on a 3:1 ratio.

D is very active, and really enjoys exercise like lifting weights, riding bikes or going for hikes with his staff. He loves outdoor swimming, and anything physical and outdoorsy.

D will need a team around him that can keep up with his active lifestyle.

D is a keen collector and collects perfume bottles as well as cameras and typewriters.

D is very practical, and enjoys taking things apart and rebuilding them, including bikes. He has been working on taking a fruit machine apart, ...
