We have a fantastic opportunity for Support Workers and Relief Support Workers to join our Supported Living Service based in Linthorpe.

You will work in our supported living scheme supporting people both in the home and in the community, promoting positive behaviour. You will contribute to maximising independent living skills for the people we support.

Work will involve cooking, cleaning, shopping, leisure activities, personal care if required. You must work flexibly across various shift patterns, including mornings, afternoons, sleeps, weekends and bank holidays. Experience within the care sector is an advantage but not required, as full training will be provided.
