Salary

Starting salary £25,812 per year (35‑hour week, including one sleep‑in per week at £60 per night). Working an additional 6 hours per week (41 total) increases the salary to £29,844 per year (including holiday allowance). Overtime enables many experienced workers to earn over £30,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Drive a mobility car or service vehicle – Manual licence required (ESSENTIAL)
• Support individuals who display stressed behaviours, mental health issues, self‑harm or others, running away, throwing objects, swearing, shouting, and damaging property
• Assist individuals within the community in activities such as bike rides, long walks, and shopping
