Role Purpose The Support Resource Officer (Dispatcher) is responsible for coordinating emergency response vehicles using a Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system to ensure timely assistance to incidents. The role also involves assisting in receiving, logging, and prioritising both emergency and non‑emergency calls, while determining the appropriate response and level of care required.
